Free Consultation
The Client requests it on WhatsApp at +52 33 1125 7553. It is used to learn about the project, identify the need and agree on next steps.
Regulatory Consultation
The Client books directly in Access FDA’s online calendar, operated by Calendly, which only shows available times. The Client chooses the time and the channel (phone call, WhatsApp or Google Meet) and provides its details; the confirmation and the calendar invitation arrive by email. A Google Meet link is only generated when that is the chosen channel.
Times are shown in the Client’s time zone; Access FDA’s reference is Guadalajara, Mexico time (Central Mexico time). [Pending: business hours, time between appointments and booking window.]
Commercial credit
If the Client later contracts FDA Establishment Registration, the amount paid for the 60-minute Regulatory Consultation is credited to that service, according to the commercial decision in force. [Pending: term for applying the credit.]
Payments
Payment for the Regulatory Consultation is non-refundable, as a commercial decision, without prejudice to any rights applicable law grants the Client. [Pending: payment method and timing, applicable taxes, rescheduling and no-show rules.]
Nature of the consultation
The consultation is regulatory guidance based on the information available during the session. It is not legal advice, does not replace a full assessment of a product or facility and does not promise results before the authorities.
